Better Bones Class Series
with Kelli Biehle
Fridays in May (5/3, 5/10, 5/24, 5/31) 12-1pm
This series is open to anyone (experience with previous bone health workshops is not necessary). We will work through an active yoga practice of poses shown to have a positive effect on bone health. Class will include some preparatory poses, and cueing specific to muscle engagement for bone health.
