Girls will learn various breathing techniques, traditional yoga poses focusing on coordination, balance, focus, strength and flexibility, challenge poses and a variety of final relaxation techniques.
January - May 2021: Each month will begin with positive affirmations and a short discussion on the following topics: 1) Practicing Peace on the Inside and Out, 2) Being Positive & Honest, 3) Being Generous & Grateful, 4) Being Confident & Content, and 5) Knowing Yourself and Doing Your Best.

Classes will take place socially distanced in studio. If we must close due to COVID restrictions, classes will continue in a virtual format.
