Join Dr. Stephanie Carter Kelley for a workshop that blends yoga and physical therapy in mini-lessons, yoga movements, and guided meditations.

This workshop will provide NEW PERSPECTIVES about your low back and your pain to get you on the path to PEACE and out of Low Back Pain. Dr. Stephanie combines her credentials as an Educator, Physical Therapist, and Certified Yoga Teacher to broaden the treatment approach of traditional medicine to address Body, Mind and Spirit for deep and long-lasting healing. In this workshop you will:

1. Develop an awareness of how movement and emotions affect your pain.

2. Transform your understanding of pain with a short lesson on neuroscience.

3. Align actions with values and feel your posture improve.

4. Activate the CORE of you, from deep muscles to your deepest desires.

5. Create Support for your spine and for yourself in a way to live free of pain.

6. Move toward a mindset that heals and allows for a flexible spine.

7. Experience PEACE and freedom from having control of your own spine health.
