Start of School 2021
Whether you were in the physical space or zooming from home, nothing was normal about last year! And hey, the start of school is always a little scary! But this year, for many, it’s a little more intimidating. This 75 minute yoga class will use mindful movement, breath work and restorative poses to help students prepare for the upcoming year. We’ll incorporate some nervous system hacks they can take off the mat to build independent coping skills.
