Boys will be introduced to yoga breathing techniques and traditional poses that build coordination, focus, and strength. Each class will end with “silent seconds” to promote relaxation.
January-May theme-based yoga sequences will be devoted to
1. Practicing Peace on the Inside and Outside
2. Being Positive and Honest
3. Being Generous and Grateful
4. Being Confident and Content
5. Knowing Yourself and Doing Your Best
