Using songs or phrases (mantras) to hear our voices…singing out, resonating with vibration we will surround ourselves with love, allowing that protective love to make us appreciate these miraculous physical bodies we are blessed with and cherish them as they are. Using your voice to speak your truths.
Incorporating breathwork (pranayama) into our practice as we move the physical body and meditate on that ability to become more aware of ourselves and the love that resides within.
Exploring different shapes with the physical body (asana) to activate within us a sense of movement and stillness in these different shapes to not only strengthen but soften the physical form to allow the mind the opportunity for rest.
